Networking Coaching
The first session with a new client is complimentary and usually lasts about an hour. This gives us a chance to see if we are a good coaching fit. After the initial session, we move to a monthly coaching agreement. Our relationship is confidential. I will not tell anyone you are my client without your permission, and I will not reveal the content of our coaching sessions. You are free to share whatever you choose from our sessions with anyone you choose to share it with.
Social Media Coaching
In this program, we will discuss your needs in social media, discuss which channels will be a good fit and educate you on exactly what you need to be successful in handling social media for your organization. We’ll also discuss time management for social media. There will be lots of homework between sessions as you set up and use the channels. If you want to delegate social media monitoring to someone in your organization, I will assist you with defining the vision and goals of your campaign. Then I can train your employee to be certain he or she is familiar with your goals and how you want to be represented through social media.
As with Networking Coaching, the first session is free to see if we are a good fit. My typical engagement for social media work is 8 sessions, generally twice a month. After 5-6 sessions, the frequency often cuts back to once a month for the remaining sessions.

Learn how to create a solid framework for your networking and increased confidence in how to make it work for you. We will cover the following areas: 1) Defining your target market, 2) Deciding on which networking venues are right for you and your business, 3) Crafting a memorable elevator speech, 4) Defining networking goals, and 5) Developing a networking action plan
Networking is as Easy as A-B-C

Sales Communication: How to Use Heart Language Instead of Head Language to Connect with Your Prospects
Ever find yourself failing to connect with your prospects? Wonder if it’s the language you are using? Prospects make the decision to buy with their heart and then justify it with their heads. If you are using the wrong type of language at those crucial decision points, you will create a conflict in your prospects and conflicts often lead to “No, thanks.” Using the right language will often turn a potential “No” into a “Yes.” Learn how to judge when and how to use the right language with your prospects.
Pulling the Trigger: How to Craft Effective Messages to Attract the Clients You Want
Ever describe to someone your ideal referral and had the other person look back at your blankly? If so, you need to develop effective triggers. Triggers are short descriptives that help people identify or recognize potential clients. Learn more about what they are, how to develop them and use them in all aspects of your networking.
Strategic Partners: How to Recognize, Attract and Build Effective Relationships with Them
Do you like finding clients one at a time? Would you rather find and build powerful relationships with six to eight people who could send you a steady stream of clients? If so, you need to identify and learn how to nurture strategic partners. Most business people know one or two categories of strategic partners, and your competition is already wooing them. Learn to think outside the box and find the perfect partners your competition doesn’t even realize exist.
Understanding and Taming the Demon Within
Do you know all the things you need to do to be successful in business? But something is stopping you from realizing the potential you know is within you? Many business people have the same situation. The successful ones learn to recognize and deal with their inner demon, the voice that resists change and wants to tie us down and keep us from the success we deserve. Learn to recognize and manage your inner demon. Once you have it muzzled, you can go on and be everything you know you can be.
